We're delivering new features to automate more and make finding key information even easier in our latest Xemplo release (3.19). From automated sync of leave activity to Xero to allowing Team Managers to login to their Worker account with a single login and more filters when searching for worker records, we're automating more processing in Xemplo.
Automatically sync leave activity and Worker updates to Xero
Xemplo's integration with Xero has been updated to sync additional updates including leave activity and all worker information updates applicable in Xero.
From 3.19, you can activate integration between Xemplo and Xero for Leave Activity on the Xero > Integration Settings screen. Once activated, leave activity for a worker will be sent to Xero automatically on approval.
We've also enhanced syncing of worker information between Xemplo and Xero. Whenever payroll-impacting worker information is updated in Xemplo, worker updates will be synced to Xero automatically.

Setting up integration between Xemplo and Xero for leave activity
Access Team Manager and Worker accounts with a single user ID
From 3.19, you can optionally link the user account of a Team Manager in a specific company with a Worker in the same company, allowing a Team Manager to access both their Team Manager and Worker accounts from a single login.
This change will mean:
- If a user has both a Team Manager account using their work email address, and a Worker account using their personal/another email address, the accounts can be linked.
- The Team Manager will then be able to access their Worker Home Page in Xemplo without having to login with their separate personal email address.

Find the worker information you need more easily
New filters have been added to the Worker search screen allowing easier search for worker records matching a specific criteria.
From 3.19, you can optionally search for workers by:
- Employment Type;
- Created Date (a specific date, or date within a specified range);
- Commencement Date (a specific date, or date within a specified range), and/or;
- Termination Date (a specific date, or date within a specified range).

Issue new contracts for existing workers
HR Managers can now view a history of all contracts for a worker, and create a new contract, from a worker's profile in Xemplo.
This feature will allow issuing of contracts without creating an Onboarding, for example, when an existing worker has a change to their salary or employment conditions. When a new contract is issued, it will be sent to the worker to review and sign before completion.
