Xemplo 3.45 brings a new suite of cybersecurity courses to help your workforce stay safe online and in the workplace. You can now revert exported payroll batches for more payroll platforms, and Bullhorn users working across multiple agencies can switch agencies directly from the Permanent Placement tab. This release also improves Talenox and Xero payroll integrations, UK worker profiles, and timesheets, along with a range of fixes.
New Cybersecurity Courses added to Xemplo Expert Library
Cyber threats don't just target IT teams. Every worker plays a part in keeping your organisation secure. We've added six new cybersecurity courses you can assign to your workers straight away to our Xemplo library:
- Information Technology Security Essentials: the foundations of staying secure at work.
- Password and Account Security: creating strong passwords and protecting work accounts.
- Mobile Device Security: keeping phones and tablets used for work safe.
- Secure Remote Working: good security habits when working from home or on the go.
- Physical Security: protecting workplaces, equipment and information from physical threats.
- Cookie Management and GDPR Compliance: understanding cookies, consent and data protection obligations.
Assign the courses to positions or enrol workers individually from the Training list or in bulk from the Worker List, and track completion alongside your other training.

Revert Exported Payroll Batches
Previously, once a payroll batch was exported to Employment Hero Payroll, it was locked. You couldn't adjust timesheets, add new ones, or delete the batch without contacting support. You can now revert an exported Employment Hero Payroll payroll batch and make changes yourself, as long as the pay run hasn't been finalised in Employment Hero Payroll.
This works the same way as the existing revert option for Xero Payroll and Talenox, so the experience is consistent whichever payroll system you use.

Switch Agencies in the Permanent Placement Tab
If you work across more than one agency, the Permanent Placement tab in Bullhorn now shows an Agency switcher. You can see which agency you're working under and switch to another without logging out or refreshing. New permanent placements are created under the agency you've selected, which reduces the risk of placements landing in the wrong agency. The switcher works the same way as the Agency dropdown on the Xemplo tab in Placements.
Job Service Agreement templates are also now filtered by agency, so you only see the templates that belong to the agency you're working in.
