Introducing Analytics, Performance and Fresh Features for Customising Your Xemplo Experience in 3.29

We’re excited to share a fresh round of updates and the launch of our new Xemplo Analytics product. In this release, you'll find enhancements to make assigning, tracking and completing training courses even easier, the option to set unique allowance rates for an assignment and more ways to customise your Onboarding experience with Additional Questions. 

Xemplo 3.29 also includes further updates to our new Performance product, now available to all existing Xemplo customers, and an expanded training course library with new content from Fair Work Australia and Xemplo. 

Set Allowance Rate for Assignments

From Xemplo 3.29, an Administrator can allow users creating assignments to set allowances for Assignments on a per-assignment basis. 

This means that allowances specific to the needs of a particular individual and assignment can be added without adding the allowance to the rate template linked to the assignment, which can impact all assignments using that template. 

This change reduces administration effort to create rate templates with additional allowances for unique assignment and payment requirements.

Assign, track and complete training faster

Xemplo's Training product has been updated to make it even easier to assign and complete training courses created using the Xemplo Course Editor. 

When assigning a course authored using the Xemplo Editor, the Administrator can see all course requirements including assessments, correct responses and scores, to simplify the course selection and enrolment process. 

When completing a course, learners can more easily navigate each course section, receive additional feedback when completing assessments, and the course will be marked complete immediately on completion of all course content and assessments, without the need for secondary confirmation or input. Xemplo courses have also been further optimised for completion on any supported device (mobile, tablet or desktop).

Customise Your Business' Onboarding Experience

From 3.29, any Additional Questions requested from new starters will appear as a unique section in the Finalise Profile step of the Onboarding experience, giving you more opportunities to customise the Onboarding process to meet your business specific requirements and collect data for specific purposes in a more structured way. 

You can now use the Additional Questions feature to clearly add business-specific steps to your Onboarding workflow, including:

• Diversity and Inclusion questionnaires;

• Asset or equipment management questions, including seeking new starter preferences for equipment or personal protective equipment (PPE), or;

• Seeking additional information required to setup additional remuneration or benefit schemes offered by your business - for example, car parking and incentive schemes like gym memberships, etc.

Xemplo Performance is our new guided, flexible solution for tracking worker performance at every stage of the employment journey.

What is Expert by Xemplo?

Expert by Xemplo is a library of HR compliance assets, created and maintained by our team of HR and legal experts. Content from the Expert library is available for all customers to use as part of their Xemplo subscription.

Workplace Sexual Harassment Course

Xemplo has added a new Workplace Sexual Harassment course developed by Fair Work Australia to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia.

To access the course, head to HR > Training and select +New Enrolment to see all available Xemplo Expert courses in your library. 

Xemplo has added a new Managing the Risks of Working in Heat course developed from Safe Work Australia guidelines to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia.
