Xemplo's mobile app now delivers mobile app notifications for key leave events, keeping approvers and workers in the loop without needing to log in to check. Approvers receive a notification the moment a worker submits a leave request, enabling faster response times and fewer delays in the approval process. Workers are also notified when a leave request is actioned, ensuring everyone stays up to date with minimal effort.
Bulk Email Sending — Better Visibility, Less Uncertainty
Sending invoices and RCTIs in bulk just got more transparent. When sending in bulk, Xemplo now provides clearer user feedback throughout the process, including a real-time indicator showing items as they move through the email queue. No more wondering whether emails have gone out — you can see exactly where things are at.
