Xemplo 3.43 delivers a significant redesign of the Worker List, giving you more control over how you filter, view, and act on your workforce data. This release also brings improvements to sending letters and policy documents in bulk, an important update regarding ATO super stapling requirements during Onboarding, and a range of smaller fixes across payroll, contracts, and platform stability.

A Redesigned Worker List
The Worker List has been rebuilt with new filtering and column options, giving you a much clearer view of your workforce. You can now customise which columns display — including a new Compliance column that flags at a glance whether a worker has outstanding credential requests, work rights requests, training, or policy documents to action. Filtering has also been extended to cover position, department, site, employment type, manager, and compliance status, with the ability to set ranges where relevant.
Bulk actions have been extended too. Reassigning a worker's manager is now available directly from the Worker List in all circumstances, not just when coming from Company Settings — and you can now send policy documents in bulk from here as well (see below).
Send Policy Documents in Bulk
You can now send policy documents from your company's document library to multiple workers at once, directly from the Worker List. Previously, this was only possible from an individual worker's profile. Select the workers you want to send to, choose the policy, preview how it will appear for each recipient (including any merge fields), add an optional comment, and send — all in a few clicks.

More Flexibility Sending Letters
Sending letters in bulk from the Worker List has also been improved. Workers who already have a given letter outstanding are automatically excluded from the send, so you won't accidentally duplicate a letter that's already awaiting action. You can add merge field details and an approver for the batch, preview the letter for every recipient, and send — all from the one screen.

Action Required: Super Stapling During Onboarding
New ATO requirements mean employees must be shown their existing ("stapled") super fund alongside other fund options while completing their details during Onboarding, rather than this check happening separately. The superannuation screens in your Xemplo Onboarding flow are powered by our partner Flare, which can handle this automatically - but only once Flare is authorised as a registered provider in your business's ATO Access Manager.
This needs to be actioned by someone in your business with Principal Authority or Authorised Administrator access in ATO Access Manager (usually whoever manages your finance, payroll, or ATO relationship), using a MyGovID to log in. Until this authorisation is completed, your team may need to continue checking for stapled funds manually to stay compliant.
