Xemplo 3.38 delivers a focused set of improvements across billing, employment, onboarding, and platform stability. This release prioritises quality and reliability, addressing a number of issues that were directly impacting day-to-day workflows - particularly around payroll batches, invoicing, and contract management. Customers will also benefit from new default filtering across key list views, making it faster to find the information that matters most.

Xemplo 3.38 introduces the ability to download payroll batch reports as a CSV, giving you greater flexibility to review, share, and reconcile payroll data outside the platform. We've also extended the batch export retry functionality to support Xero, reducing manual intervention when exports don't complete first time. Default date filters have also been applied to the Payroll Batch List, so you're always working from a relevant date range without having to configure it each time.

Several improvements have been made to the Contract Library within Employ. A modal display issue affecting Custom Contracts has been resolved, and the button text for drafting your own contract has been updated to be clearer and more intuitive. These changes make the contract creation flow smoother for users managing their own contract templates.

Health and Safety Checklist
Xemplo has added a new Health and Safety Checklist to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia. The Health and Safety Checklist can be assigned to any team member who needs to complete an assessment of their working environment and better understand their health and safety requirements at work.
To access the course, head to HR > Training and select +New Enrolment to see all available Xemplo Expert courses in your library.
