Xemplo 3.41 brings a set of practical improvements focused on reducing friction during onboarding, tidying up the platform interface, and resolving issues affecting invoicing, payroll batches, and contract management.
The standout change in this release gives HR teams and Admins greater flexibility to correct worker credentials during onboarding, helping to avoid unnecessary delays. Alongside this, customers will notice a cleaner interface with page header counters removed, faster loading on payroll batch reports, and clearer error messaging across invoicing.
Editable Credentials During Onboarding
HR teams and Admins can now edit worker credentials while a worker's onboarding is In Progress or in HR Review. Previously, incorrect or incomplete credential details raised during these stages could cause delays, often requiring the onboarding to be restarted or escalated. This update allows corrections to be made directly within the existing onboarding flow, helping onboarding move forward without unnecessary holdups.
