Xemplo Performance is our new guided, flexible solution for tracking worker performance at every stage of the employment journey.
With Xemplo Performance, you can create performance reviews for individuals and teams with ease. Xemplo automates the creation of reviews based on worker role and company preferences without the complicated and costly configuration.
Xemplo Performance is available for pilot customers participating in our feedback program in 3.23. Pilot program users should follow in-app prompts to get started, or start with our support guides available here.
