This release introduces our brand new Performance product, now available to all existing Xemplo customers, more compliance activity alerts, and an expanded training course library with new content from Fair Work Australia and Xemplo.

We’ve enhanced Xemplo's Compliance Activity Dashboard to show key workforce milestones and changes to visa types detected by Xemplo's VEVO Checking service, making it even easier for your team to track all compliance tasks in one place
What’s new:
- Key Dates: A new tab has been added to the Compliance Activity Dashboard - Key Dates. The Key Dates tab will show all upcoming anniversaries, 6-month anniversaries (for casuals only), new starters and terminations in the next 7 days.
- VEVO changes: The VEVO checks tab has been enhanced to show when a worker's visa has changed - for example, moving between two work-eligible visa types.

We’ve enhanced Xemplo's Task Management features to help teams collaborate more effectively and provide clearer context around assigned work. It's now even easier to automate distribution of key documents and instructions with Tasks and Checklists (formerly Task Templates).
What’s new:
- 📝 Rich Text Descriptions: Task descriptions now support formatting—add headings, bullet points, links, and more to make task instructions clearer and easier to follow. Rich text descriptions can be added to one-off tasks and checklists.
- 📎 Attachments: Task creators and participants can now upload files directly to tasks to provide supporting documents, references, or templates. Attachments can be added to one-off tasks, and tass generated by a checklist after creation.
These updates make task assignment and tracking more efficient, particularly for onboarding, compliance, and performance-related workflows. We'll be further enhancing tasks to allow creation of tasks from performance reviews in an upcoming Xemplo version.
