Xemplo's 3.22 update marks an exciting step forward, with the introduction of our new Performance product—available exclusively to pilot program customers in this release. We've also expanded coverage for our mobile app to more regions across the world to better support Workers and Team Managers on the go, alongside a range of enhancements and improvements across the platform.

Xemplo Performance is our new guided, flexible solution for tracking worker performance at every stage of the employment journey.
With Xemplo Performance, you can create performance reviews for individuals and teams with ease. Xemplo automates the creation of reviews based on worker role and company preferences without the complicated and costly configuration.
Xemplo Performance is available for pilot customers participating in our feedback program in 3.22. Pilot program users should follow in-app prompts to get started, or start with our support guides available here.

Company | Positions | Xemplo was prompting an Administrator to confirm sending of alerts for position updates to workers when not required. These prompts have been removed. |

Compliance | Work Rights | Adding an Immicard for work rights verification was previously available for workers outside Australia. This has been removed - only workers in companies based in Australia can supply ImmiCard details for work rights verification. |

Payroll | Payroll Integration | Some Kiwisaver information was not being exported to KeyPay correctly. This has been corrected. |
