With 3.20, you can now capture and store any additional information in a Worker Profile, keeping more of your workforce data in one system. We've enhanced our existing Additional Questions feature (formerly called 'Worker Questions') - so if you need extra fields to collect business-specific information, you can create these and complete for Workers during Onboarding and beyond.
Show Additional Questions in a Worker Profile
Xemplo's Additional Questions feature (formerly called 'Worker Questions') now allows question groups to be viewed and completed by the Worker or an authorised Administrator during Onboarding, or at any time via the Worker's profile.
Question Groups can now be configured to display:
- During Onboarding and on the Worker Profile - for questions that can be answered and/or updated during Onboarding or later during the Worker's employment, you can configure questions to always display for the Worker via the Worker profile and the Worker's own home page.
- During Onboarding only - for questions that only apply to Workers during the pre-employment stage, you can optionally choose to display these questions during the Onboarding process only.
Please Note: Questions configured prior to the 3.20 release will still display for Workers to complete during Onboarding only. To display questions for Workers or authorised Administrators to update via the Worker's Profile, you will need to update the Show Question Group in Worker Profile setting in the question group. |

Automatically assign Additional Questions and control who can update them
From 3.20, you can optionally choose to display Additional Questions on a Worker's Profile. Question groups are added to a Worker Profile:
- Automatically when a Worker is onboarded to a position with linked Additional Questions.
- Automatically when a Worker is moved to a position with linked Additional Questions.
- Automatically when a position is updated to include a new group of questions for new or existing Workers to respond to.
Additional Questions can also be added to a Worker Profile as required without adding questions to a position. You can also configure whether an HR Manager or Company Administrator can update questions on a Worker's behalf.

View and answer additional questions from the Worker Home Page
A Worker can now view or update Additional Questions from their Home Page in the Xemplo web app from any device. A worker can quickly and easily review all Additional Questions and provide responses, which can be sent to required Xemplo users on completion.
