We’ve got a host of changes in our latest release (3.10) designed to make collating and reviewing data even easier, especially for customers in the UK. You’ll also find more changes to streamline managing company emails and users, as well as updates to Xemplo Training that you can start using as part of your HR subscription today.
Entering and approving leave made easier
When entering leave in 3.10, Workers will no longer see balances from KeyPay unless you've made these available to view. This means you have complete control of which leave balances workers can see when entering or approving leave.
Xemplo will also not show an insufficient leave prompt when applying for leave if the balance is not shown to workers. This means workers can still apply for leave, and Managers can still approve leave, without receiving balance alerts.
Leave balances can be optionally displayed or hidden by leave type.
Plus, you’re on the move to Xemplo.com!
Alongside your upgrade to 3.10, the URL you use to access Xemplo will change from your current address (ending in expedo.co) to a new address (ending in xemplo.com). This change will be effective from your first login after the 3.10 upgrade happening later this week.
There is nothing you need to do as part of this change. You will notice some small changes:
- Any emails sent from Xemplo will now come from a xemplo.com address.
- If you or any of your users access your previous expedo.co address, they’ll be redirected to the new address automatically.
Xemplo Expert Library - fresh contracts, policies and courses added!
We are thrilled to announce the latest additions to the Xemplo Expert library: contracts for customers in The United Kingdom (UK).
