Simplified custom contracts and date-effective assignment of contract changes

Contract management has been updated to make creating and maintaining custom contracts simpler and more flexible.
Customers can now upload contracts created in Word or PDF, removing the need to recreate documents in the contract editor. Where updates are required, contracts can be re-imported to replace the existing version, making it easier to manage changes using the full capability of Microsoft Word.
In addition, changes to a worker’s record triggered by a new contract (such as employment type or entitlements) now apply from the selected effective date, rather than immediately. This provides better control when managing future-dated contracts and reduces the need for manual corrections.
Automatically assign tasks with Termination Checklists

Termination Checklists provide a structured way to manage tasks triggered when a worker is terminated.
Administrators can configure a checklist of tasks with designated recipients, which is automatically scheduled when a termination is recorded. Task due dates can be set relative to the termination date, supporting activities that need to occur before or after a worker’s end date.
All tasks are tracked in the Tasks dashboard, with users receiving notifications and reminders to ensure actions are completed on time and nothing is missed during the offboarding process.

Custom Field Support in JobAdder Integration

We’ve expanded the JobAdder integration to support custom fields from JobAdder placements. These fields can now be exported to Xemplo and included in contract templates during onboarding. Previously, only standard JobAdder placement fields were available, limiting flexibility. This enhancement allows clients to incorporate their own custom data, making it easier to meet unique contract and onboarding requirements.

Previously, the page displayed all invoices by default, which could impact performance. Now, the default view applies a date filter similar to the Timesheet list: Start date: First day of last month End date: Current day Your custom filters will still persist when you leave and return to the page, so you can continue working without interruption. |

Health and Safety Checklist
Xemplo has added a new Health and Safety Checklist to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia. The Health and Safety Checklist can be assigned to any team member who needs to complete an assessment of their working environment and better understand their health and safety requirements at work.
To access the course, head to HR > Training and select +New Enrolment to see all available Xemplo Expert courses in your library.
