We’re excited to share the latest updates introduced in Xemplo 3.32. Xemplo Bill users can upload files to Engagements and Assignments, so you can keep all files associated with worker engagements in Xemplo for easy access from one convenient place.
Xemplo 3.32 also includes further updates to our new Analytics product, now available to all existing Xemplo customers.

The new File Upload feature for Assignments and Engagements allows users to securely store related documents directly within Xemplo—removing the need to keep important files offline or across disconnected cloud drives. This enhancement has been one of the most frequently requested additions from clients wanting a centralised, reliable location for assignment- and engagement-specific files. With this release, teams can keep all key documents organised, accessible, and tied to the correct work records, improving both efficiency and compliance.

Xemplo Analytics transforms raw data into actionable insights—helping you reduce costs, improve project margins, and accelerate time-to-revenue.
In Xemplo 3.32, we've added additional training data so you can visualise the complexity of your training program and which training activities pose the most difficulties for new starters, with the ability to analyse completion rates, numbers of attempts for learners, and time to complete training activities.

All changes included in Xemplo 3.32 Release

This has been changed, and now all contract changes will be effective from the contract effective date. This includes changes to employment type and remuneration. |

Expert by Xemplo Library - fresh contracts, policies and courses added!
We are thrilled to announce the latest additions to the Xemplo Expert library. Expert by Xemplo is a library of HR compliance assets, created and maintained by our team of HR and legal experts. Content from the Expert library is available for all customers to use as part of their Xemplo subscription.

Health and Safety Checklist
Xemplo has added a new Health and Safety Checklist to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia. The Health and Safety Checklist can be assigned to any team member who needs to complete an assessment of their working environment and better understand their health and safety requirements at work.
To access the course, head to HR > Training and select +New Enrolment to see all available Xemplo Expert courses in your library.
