We’re excited to share a fresh round of updates with the launch of Xemplo 3.31. In this release, we've internationalised Worker Onboarding, introducing internationally supported terms for key events during the Onboarding process. We've also introduced new alerts for Work Rights, so your workforce management team can be notified about expiring work rights at a timeframe that works for your business.
Xemplo 3.30 also includes further updates to our new Analytics product, now available to all existing Xemplo customers.

Xemplo has implemented a number of changes to support international users from a range of diverse regions. We’ve updated the Onboarding product to use consistent, region-neutral terminology across all markets. This change removes localised terms that previously differed between countries, ensuring a clearer and more consistent experience for all users.
In Xemplo 3.31, we've made the following changes:
Replaced region-specific labels with globally standard terms (for example, 'Complete' instead of 'Finalise');
Improved clarity and consistency across product interfaces and help content;
Introduced the option to replace the word 'Contract' with a more region-specific value (i.e. 'Offer') throughout the Onboarding process, and;
Simplified configuration for multi-region customers.

We’ve introduced configurable alerts to help manage upcoming work rights expiry dates more effectively. These alerts can be tailored to suit your organisation’s compliance and renewal timelines.
Xemplo new Work Rights Expiry Alerts are sent to HR Managers and Company Administrators via email. Work Rights Alerts have the following key features:
Optional alerts that can be turned on or off at any time
Customisable frequency and message content
Supports proactive management of visa renewals and other work rights requirements.
This feature helps organisations plan ahead, ensuring employees’ work rights remain valid and renewal processes can be started well in advance.

| Bill | Bullhorn Integration | Users of the Bullhorn integration can now choose to have the assignment consultant in Xemplo automatically set based on the job owner in Bullhorn. This option is ideal for clients who don’t use the commissions feature in Bullhorn placements and can be enabled by contacting our support team. |
| Bill | On costs | When an on-cost is created as “per timesheet” and synced from an integrated payroll system, the synced value is now evenly distributed across all pay categories within the timesheet to ensure the correct total on-cost amount is achieved. |
| Bill | RCTI | Expenses from timesheets can now be included in an RCTI as tax-inclusive, ensuring the taxable amount is not added on top of the RCTI line total. This option can be enabled by contacting our support team. |
| Employ | Worker Portal | When logged into the Worker Portal, workers can now see their full Position Description, including credentials and work rights checks required for their role, from the Important Information section on their home page |

| Onboard | Worker Onboarding | Terminology and date fields used throughout Onboarding have been internationalised for regions outside Australia including the USA. Date fields will now conform to the standard setup in company settings (for example, MM/DD/YYYY if this has been selected). |
| Onboard | Worker Onboarding | Previously, the ability to Decline a contract was hidden for some companies based on legacy system configuration. This has been removed, and now all workers in all companies will be able to decline an offer/contract. When an offer is declined, the HR Manager will be notified. |
| Pay | Payroll Dashboard | An email notification will be sent to the assigned payroll manager/s when an Amendment is automatically transitioned to Amendment Submitted (triggered by amendment due date). |

Xemplo has added a new Hazardous Chemicals course developed from Safe Work Australia guidelines to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia.
