Get started with Xemplo Performance and Xemplo Analytics in 3.28

We’re excited to share a fresh round of updates and the launch of our new Xemplo Analytics product for early release customers. 

Xemplo 3.28 also includes further updates to our new Performance product, now available to all existing Xemplo customers, and an expanded training course library with new content from Fair Work Australia and Xemplo. 

Introducing Xemplo Performance

Xemplo Performance is our new guided, flexible solution for tracking worker performance at every stage of the employment journey.

With Xemplo Performance, you can create performance reviews for individuals and teams with ease. Xemplo automates the creation of reviews based on worker role and company preferences without the complicated and costly configuration. 

Xemplo Performance is available for all customers from Xemplo 3.25, as part of your existing subscription. Follow the in-app prompts to get started, or start with our support guides available here.

Xemplo Analytics is the insight engine behind your Xemplo HR and Time To Bill solution, giving you clear, real-time visibility into workforce performance, utilisation rates, and billing trends.

Xemplo API Library: New API types added

The Xemplo API Library has been updated to offer new API formats for managing integration between Xemplo and external products. 

The following API formats are now available:

• Create/Update Worker - creates or updates a worker record
• Create/Update Worker Credential - creates or updates a credential record for a worker
• Create/Update Worker Position - creates or updates a position record for a worker
• Get Additional Questions - retrieves a list of all additional questions for a worker

Expert by Xemplo Library - fresh contracts, policies and courses added!

We are thrilled to announce the latest additions to the Xemplo Expert library: our new Workplace Sexual Harassment course from Fair Work Australia. 
 

What is Expert by Xemplo?

Expert by Xemplo is a library of HR compliance assets, created and maintained by our team of HR and legal experts. Content from the Expert library is available for all customers to use as part of their Xemplo subscription.

Workplace Sexual Harassment Course

Xemplo has added a new Workplace Sexual Harassment course developed by Fair Work Australia to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia.

To access the course, head to HR > Training and select +New Enrolment to see all available Xemplo Expert courses in your library. 

Xemplo has added a new Managing the Risks of Working in Heat course developed from Safe Work Australia guidelines to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia.

To access the course, head to HR > Training and select +New Enrolment to see all available Xemplo Expert courses in your library. 

Xemplo has added a new Hazardous Chemicals course developed from Safe Work Australia guidelines to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia.
