We’re excited to share a fresh round of updates designed to support better workflows, clearer communication, and stronger team performance. This release introduces enhanced task management with support for rich text, our brand new Performance product now available in early release, and an expanded training course library with new content from Fair Work Australia and Kineo.

We’ve enhanced the Xemplo Task Management feature to help teams collaborate more effectively and provide clearer context around assigned work.
What’s new:
- 📝 Rich Text Descriptions: Task descriptions now support formatting—add headings, bullet points, links, and more to make task instructions clearer and easier to follow.
- 📎 Attachments: Task creators and participants can now upload files directly to tasks to provide supporting documents, references, or templates.
These updates make task assignment and tracking more efficient, particularly for onboarding, compliance, and performance-related workflows. We'll be further enhancing tasks to allow creation of tasks from performance reviews in an upcoming Xemplo version.

Xemplo Performance is our new guided, flexible solution for tracking worker performance at every stage of the employment journey.
With Xemplo Performance, you can create performance reviews for individuals and teams with ease. Xemplo automates the creation of reviews based on worker role and company preferences without the complicated and costly configuration.
Xemplo Performance is available for pilot customers participating in our feedback program in 3.23. Pilot program users should follow in-app prompts to get started, or start with our support guides available here.

Xemplo has added a new Workplace Sexual Harassment course developed by Fair Work Australia to the course library available to all Xemplo customers in Australia.
