Streamline compliance management with important changes to credentials and contracts in the latest Xemplo release (3.18). From adding multiple attachments to a single credential to VEVO Checking for Australian companies and issuing new contracts, we're helping your team to keep on top of key compliance activities with less effort.
Add second attachment to a credential request
From 3.18, you can configure a credential type to require up to two attachments when requested from a worker. For each type of credential you request from your team, you can specify whether one or two attachments can be added, and whether the attachments are optional or required.
Request up to two attachments for a credential
This change will mean you can:
- Request that workers provide both the front and back view of a Drivers Licence.
- Allow workers to attach one document, and add a second document optionally if the primary document does not contain all information (for example, insurance certificates).
Find out how to configure credential types to allow two attachments here.
New APIs added to the Xemplo API Library
The Xemplo API Library now includes a new API to return a list of all workers matching a requested criteria. The new 'Search Worker' API allows API developers to request a list of all workers matching a specific criteria in the request to use for further API processing.
Find out more about Xemplo's library of APIs here.
Expanding access to VEVO Checking for all Australian companies
From mid-October, all Australian Xemplo customers can optionally activate the Xemplo VEVO Checking service which will check a worker's eligibility to work in Australia using the Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) service offered by the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).
VEVO Checking involves securely sending a limited amount of personal information for a worker to the DHA to establish the worker's legal rights to work. The DHA will securely return Work Rights information for a requested Worker to Xemplo for HR to review and action.
Find out more about Xemplo's VEVO Checking service here.
Issue new contracts for existing workers
HR Managers can now view a history of all contracts for a worker, and create a new contract, from a worker's profile in Xemplo.
Please note:
|
To send a document to all workers in a company, a Company Administrator can now add or edit an existing document and opt to 'Attach to all positions' and send to all existing workers. Sending a document to all existing workers will automatically send the document to all existing, active workers to review, acknowledge and/or sign, depending on document setup.
