We're making Xemplo HR work harder for you in our latest release (3.12). From automated reminders for outstanding training courses to improvements when entering or monitoring worker leave, it's now even easier to use Xemplo HR to track all worker requests and compliance activity completion.
Increase your training course completion rate with automated reminders
From Xemplo HR 3.12, when courses assigned to a worker are not completed, Xemplo will send a series of escalating reminders to the worker as their enrolment approaches the due date to ensure that workers and their managers complete compliance training activity in a timely way.
Reminders will be sent:
- To the worker - 7 days before the due date for a training activity, and on the due date of a training activity and every day after until completion.
- To the worker's Manager - on the due date of a training activity and every day after until completion.
Automated training reminders can be updated as required and are sent automatically.
HR Users can also send additional reminders as required from the HR > Training screen or from the Workers list. Find out more about Xemplo Training here.
Plus, it's now even easier to enter and track worker leave
From 3.12, we've improved our Leave feature to make entering leave and tracking your team's leave activity even easier. Enhancements include changes to streamline leave entry (workers will no longer need to supply commentary when applying for leave) and updates to the Leave Calendar feature so that Managers can easily see who is on leave and when they will return.
