We’ve got a host of changes in our latest release (3.11) designed to make managing your company structure even easier. You’ll find change to schedule and simplify future-dated termination and change to adding and updating worker job titles, as well as updates to Expenses and Positions that you can start using as part of your HR subscription today.
Add future-dated terminations and we'll do the rest
From Xemplo HR 3.11, HR Managers can now add terminations for a future date. When adding a termination, you'll be able to specify the date (past, today or future), as well as whether the worker's access to Xemplo should be restricted immediately or from their chosen termination date.
Once scheduled, Xemplo will do the rest. On the scheduled termination date, Xemplo will process the termination and update the worker's record with their termination date.
Find out more about Terminating a Worker here.
Terminations can be scheduled in the past, today or in the future.
Plus, you can now optionally update job titles
From 3.11, you now have the freedom to allow Xemplo to auto-populate job titles from positions or add a custom job title during onboarding or at any time throughout employment. This means that you can now add multiple workers to the same position and assign them unique job titles.
Find out more about optionally assigning job titles here.
Please note: this feature is recommended for HR users only. Time to Bill (TTB) users will have job titles populated by their assignment. |
