In our most recent update, Version 3.8, we're unveiling a completely revamped appearance and user experience for Xemplo Onboarding. This transformation empowers HR Managers and Administrators to swiftly generate new contracts and dispatch Worker Onboarding requests with even greater efficiency, while Workers are now guided through a rejuvenated interface during their Onboarding journey.
In this update, we're also thrilled to introduce Xemplo Home Pages, a centralized hub where users can conveniently monitor and complete pending tasks. Additionally, for staffing and recruitment providers, we've implemented operational enhancements that we're eager to share with you.
Simpler Onboarding for the whole workforce
For Administrators and HR Managers
For clients who do not utilize an ATS integration, we've introduced several significant improvements to the onboarding setup process. When initiating a new onboarding, Administrators and HR Managers will encounter a refreshed user interface that simplifies the process of inputting essential worker information, specifying the worker's placement position, and selecting the suitable contract for both the worker and role.

Introducing Home Pages
From 3.8, users at a company-level (Administrators, HR Managers and Workers) will see a new Home Page experience when they log in. The new Home Page collates all compliance-related activity requiring your action, compliance activity managed by others that may need your intervention, and any workforce activity that has happened across your business that you need to be aware of.

Managing your company information and library just got easier
For Company Administrators, 3.8 makes managing company settings easier with an improved user experience. It's now even easier to create new companies, and set up company-specific rules like branding and Onboarding information shown to workers.
We've also reorganised the Administration menu so you can more easily find the settings you need. Library screens have also been updated to make managing your company-specific assets a breeze.

Introducing the ability to add your preferred Company Contacts to merged documents
From 3.8, a Company Administrator can now add the preferred titles and contact information for key roles in your business, which can then be used in merge documents or letters sent to your workforce. For example, you can now specify a preferred title for your HR Team (for example, 'People and Culture Team') and a preferred contact email or phone number which can be merged to documents or letters when they're created.

Xero integration update
For users of our Xero integration, you may have already observed a noticeable reduction in the frequency of Xero re-logins. This improvement is a direct outcome of recent updates, which have extended the login session duration with Xero. As part of our ongoing enhancements, we're excited to announce that we will soon introduce the capability to automatically synchronize the paid status of invoices from Xero. This means you'll no longer need to manually flag invoices as paid within Xemplo, a feature our clients have requested and one we're eager to deliver to you in upcoming releases.
Ability to re-sync rate templates
In direct response to a substantial demand from our valued clients, we're excited to unveil a time-saving feature. This enhancement enables you to seamlessly synchronize modifications made to rate templates with your existing assignments, completely removing the necessity for manual rate template reapplication.
Adjacent to each rate template, you'll now find a convenient "Re-sync" button. By simply clicking this button, the rate template changes will be automatically applied to any assignments utilizing that specific rate template.
Please note - any custom rules applied to assignments will be overridden when a re-sync occurs.

TPAR reporting
In compliance with Australian Government legislation regarding the reporting of contractor payments (you can find more information about TPAR by clicking here), we've introduced a new feature aimed at simplifying TPAR reporting for our Xero users. Within the Xero integration settings, you will now find a new dedicated field labeled "Contact Group for Independent Contractors."
With this field, you can conveniently select a contact group from Xero that will be automatically assigned to any newly created IC workers when a RCTI is exported. This streamlines the TPAR reporting process and ensures compliance with the latest regulations.

Ability to show or hide RCTIs with ease
For clients who engage independent contractors, we've introduced a valuable feature that grants you control over the visibility of RCTIs to workers within their Xemplo login. By default, workers have the privilege to access and download their RCTIs, but through the worker settings, you now have the flexibility to conceal this capability if needed.
The ability to show or hide an RCTI is found in the Independent Contractor when viewing a worker:

Additional enhancements
Along with the above feature changes to our suite of Xemplo products, we're focused on small improvements that make a big difference to users every day - including:
- Google Address verification - when entering an address in any HR screen, Xemplo will auto-display any matching addresses available to make entering addresses simpler and more accurate.
- User experience improvements - for multiple screens throughout Xemplo HR including bulk messaging, Employee Export and Onboarding, we've introduced changes to simplify search and select of required workers.

What's next?
All Xemplo users will have access to these software updates in the coming days. We’ll continue to apply more user experience improvements across Xemplo in the next 3-4 weeks, and have exciting new features launching the quarter. We'll let you know about future enhancements through email and release announcements.
