In our latest update (Version 3.7), we've given Xemplo Onboarding a brand new look and user experience. HR Managers can now create new contracts and send Worker Onboarding requests in even less time. Workers will also be guided through the specific Onboarding steps they need to complete to get started.
We’ve also made it even easier to keep on top of worker compliance, with a redesigned Home Page for Administrators, HR Managers and Team Managers to track and complete outstanding actions from one central place. You'll find more important user experience improvements for managing Company Settings in 3.7, as well as new company settings for contacts and merged documents. We've also added a number of HR feature changes.
Simpler Onboarding for the whole workforce
We’ve carefully reviewed and updated the Onboarding user experience in Xemplo, ensuring your team is guided to the right place and action in less time. From 3.7 onwards, quickly Onboard new or existing workers into the correct position with ease. Xemplo does the rest. We'll generate the right contract and add the required region-specific compliance steps for the worker to complete.
Simplified Onboarding for Administrators and HR Managers
When creating a new Onboarding, Administrators and HR Managers will see a new-look user interface with streamlined options to enter required worker details, add the position the worker will be placed in, and select the appropriate contract for the worker and role.
After entering the worker, position and contract details, the user will also be guided through a simpler contract completion and review process.

Workers will also enjoy a streamlined onboarding experience, making it easier to read and sign their contract and any supporting documents. Workers can also more easily complete their profile, read and acknowledge/sign any required documents, and complete any additional onboarding activity before starting work.

Manage all worker compliance activity in one place
From 3.7, all Xemplo users will see a new Home Page experience when they log in. Your new Home Page collates all compliance-related activity requiring your action, compliance activity managed by others that may need your intervention, and any workforce activity that has happened across your business that you need to be aware of.

Company Administrators and HR Managers can action compliance related-activity, including:
- Credentials, Onboarding, Documents and Works Right Checks needing review.
- Workforce activity including tasks, training activity and workflow completed by your team.
- New Starters and Workers exiting their roles.
Company Administrators and HR Managers will also get high-level leave and expense statistics, comparing month-on-month values so you can see any unexpected variances.

Team Managers can action compliance related-activity, including:
- Requests from your Team, including leave and expenses, requiring your action.
- Credentials, Onboarding, Documents and Works Right Checks for your team needing review.

- New Starters and Workers exiting their roles.
- A new 'My Team' widget displaying your Team, whether they have any active compliance issues, and any key dates you need to be aware of for each Team member (for example, birthdays or upcoming leave).
Team Managers will also get high-level leave and expense statistics, comparing month-on-month values so you can see any unexpected variances.

Managing your company information and library just got easier
For Company Administrators, 3.7 makes managing company settings easier with an improved user experience. It's now even easier to create new companies, and set up company-specific rules like branding and Onboarding information shown to workers.
We've also reorganised the Administration menu so you can more easily find the settings you need. Library screens have also been updated to make managing your company-specific assets a breeze.

Add your preferred Company Contacts to merged documents
From 3.7, a Company Administrator can now add the preferred titles and contact information for key roles in your business, which can then be used in merge documents or letters sent to your workforce. For example, you can now specify a preferred title for your HR Team (for example, 'People and Culture Team') and a preferred contact email or phone number which can be merged to documents or letters when they're created.

Making Xemplo HR easier to use everywhere
Along with bigger feature changes to our suite of Xemplo HR products, we're focused on small improvements that make a big difference to users every day - including:
- Google Address verification - when entering an address in any HR screen, Xemplo will auto-display any matching addresses available to make entering addresses simpler and more accurate.
- User experience improvements - for multiple screens throughout Xemplo HR including bulk messaging, Employee Export and Onboarding, we've introduced changes to simplify search and select of required workers.
