In our latest update (Version 3.6), we’re delivering more important user experience improvements to simplify worker management in Xemplo. Updating Worker information and assigning credential requests in bulk are just some of the key changes we’ve made to help you keep on top of worker compliance more easily.
We're also expanding our library of contracts and Contract Builder features to make managing your Xemplo-built contracts even easier, and adding a number of HR feature changes.

Please note: Each customer will experience a brief outage (less than 15 mins) while their software is upgraded to version 3.6. During this period, your Xemplo software will not be available. All upgrades are scheduled to occur outside of business hours. Every customer will be notified by our Customer Success team at least 1 business day before your scheduled upgrade/outage date. |
Adding and updating worker information made easier
We’ve carefully reviewed and updated the Worker experience in Xemplo, ensuring your team is guided to the right place and action in less time. From 3.6 onwards, when you view a worker’s individual profile, any outstanding tasks assigned to you or the worker are shown immediately, quickly guiding you to what needs to be done.

Request new credentials from your entire workforce with a single click
Ensuring compliance is vital throughout the entire worker lifecycle, including when workers move between roles in your business. From 3.6, when a new credential is added to one, multiple, or all positions in your workforce, Xemplo will automatically send credential requests to impacted workers with a single click. You simply add or update your credential requirements, and Xemplo does the rest.

Independent Contractor contract templates now available
Xemplo’s Contract Builder now includes new contracts for Independent Contractor for Companies and Sole Trader engagements which can be quickly added to any company and configured for your business-specific requirements.
