At Xemplo we're always interested in hearing your product feedback and ideas. If you have an idea that you'd like to share please reach out via our Feature Request Form to share your thoughts!
How your feedback influences Xemplo
Sharing your feedback and ideas helps us to understand what's important to you. Customer raised feedback and ideas are logged and shared with Xemplo's product team. The most valuable customer-raised feedback influences our future product roadmap. Detailed product feedback is extremely useful and an important component of our product teams' research strategy.
What happens after you've shared feedback or an idea
If your idea is already something we're working on or planning for, we can let you know right away. If your idea is something we haven't considered before, we will carefully log the information you've shared, after which it will be analysed on a monthly cadence, along with other customer ideas. If your idea is in high demand and becomes part of Xemplo's product roadmap, we may reach out to you and other users who've shared similar ideas to invite you to give more detailed feedback. These feedback sessions usually involve one or two meetings with a Xemplo product manager, where we will collect meaningful data and identify the common pain points experienced by our customers.
How will you know if your idea makes it to production
The best way to stay on top of new Xemplo feature releases is to keep an eye on our release announcements. Release announcements are added here in the Xemplo Help Centre, sent to administrators via email, and shared with all users via in-app announcements, which you'll see when you log in to Xemplo.
Sharing upcoming release ETAs
Due to the nature of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-style development, it's difficult for the Xemplo team to provide exact feature release dates. All new features must go through rigorous quality assurance testing before they're made available to customers. We prioritise quality and reliability over scheduling an exact release date. For this reason, we very rarely share release due dates with customers.
In the rare event that we do share a release ETA, please be aware that the date is an estimate and there's a high likelihood that the date could change. To mitigate negative impact on your business, we don't recommend planning change initiatives based on a release ETA, and advise that customers confirm that a feature has been communicated via Xemplo's Release Announcements instead.
