When a new worker is onboarded in Xemplo, they will see a company-specific welcome message and video on the first welcome page of their onboarding journey.
You can customise this content to provide workers with a personalised introduction to your organisation and onboarding process.
Accessing Onboarding Settings
To access the Onboarding settings:
- Navigate to Company Settings.
- Select Onboarding.
- Click Edit template to access the onboarding settings.
Introduction Video
For the introduction video you can:
Upload your own onboarding introduction video in MP4 format
Use the Xemplo default video
Choose to not show a video as well as a message during onboarding
Welcome Message
Tailor the wording to represent the company and outline the expectations for the worker's onboarding journey.
