In certain instances, workers may not be able to file leave requests on their own because the Leave module is not available as an option to select.
To restore the Leave option, the Company administrator will perform the following steps. Note: Client users with HR Manager access alone cannot perform these steps. They need to have Admin access at a company level.
Step 1: Log in to Xemplo and select the profile with Admin access.
Step 2: Click Workers > Import.
Step 3: Select Import from Keypay.
Step 4: Find the worker experiencing the issue > turn on the toggle button > click Import.
Step 5: Ask the worker to log in to their profile and check if the Leave module is now available.
If the issue persists, verify whether the worker is assigned to a Leave template name in Keypay with the word "Permanent". It will not function if they are assigned a Casual Leave Template or leave template names that do not contain the term "Permanent".
