In Xemplo, you can send a letter to one or more workers from the HR > Letters screen, or from the Workers screen.
Sending a letter from the HR > Letters screen
To create a letter for one or more workers:
- Go to the Letters option in the HR menu, then select New Letter.
The library of letters available will display. You can filter the library by:
- Category - the type of letter.
- Name - find a specific letter by name.
- Your library - letters created by your team for the selected company. Find out more about adding letters to your library here.
- Xemplo Expert library - letters created by Xemplo that you can use. Find out more about the options in the Xemplo letters library here.
Once you select the template you would like to use, a preview popup will appear for your review. Click on ‘Use this template’ to proceed.
Select one or several workers who are to receive the letter and click continue. Xemplo will walk you through the steps necessary to complete the letter. These will vary depending on the type of letter.
You can Save as Draft in the top right-hand corner should you wish to complete or send the letter later on.
Once the letter is complete, you can review the text of the letter and click Send Letter.
Sending a letter from the Workers screen
To create a letter for one or more workers:
- Go to the Workers screen, and apply any necessary filters to create your desired list of workers.
- Select the required workers from the grid/list, then select Send Letter.
