Getting Started with Xemplo Expert

Xemplo Expert is a library of HR assets that you can activate and use in your Xemplo software as part of your HR subscription. Xemplo Expert assets are created by our team of legal and HR experts, and designed to meet common compliance requirements in one or more regions.

What's included in the Xemplo Expert Library

The Xemplo Expert library includes multiple asset types that can be activated and used throughout your Xemplo HR software. Each asset type, and how to activate and/or use it, is described below.

Asset Type	Description
Contracts	Legally compliant contract templates that can be activated and used via the Xemplo Contract Builder. Contracts are currently available for the Australia and Singapore regions via Xemplo Contract Builder. Contracts for the United Kingdom (UK) can also be supplied to customers on-demand. To access Contracts for the UK or Singapore, please contact Customer Support.
Letters	Template letters for a range of HR scenarios that meet relevant compliance requirements in a specified region. Letters can be activated and used via the Letters feature in Xemplo HR. Letters are currently available for the Australian region only. Letters for customers in the United Kingdom and Singapore will be available in late 2023.
Policies	Template policy documents that meet relevant compliance requirements in a specified region. Policy documents can be activated and used by Xemplo HR users via the Documents feature in Company Settings from late 2023. In the interim, customers can download template policy documents and import these to their company documents library in Xemplo. Policies for the Australian region can be downloaded here. Policies for the United Kingdom (UK) and Singapore can also be supplied to customers on-demand. To access Policies for the UK or Singapore, please contact Customer Support.
Courses	Pre-built e-learning activities for common workplace training scenarios. The Xemplo Expert Library comprises two types of course - Induction and Training (post-induction) courses. Induction Courses can be activated and used from the Inductions menu in Company Settings. All Induction courses are available for customers in any region to use. Training courses can be activated and used from the Courses menu in Company Settings from the end of October 2023. The Xemplo Expert Training course library contains region-generic courses that all customers can use. There are also region-specific courses that will only be available if your company is located within that region.
Workflows	Template HR processes (multi-step, smart e-forms) for a range of HR scenarios. Workflows can be activated and used via the Workflows feature in Xemplo HR. All Workflows are available for customers in any region to use.
