Once all your configuration are complete (Company Settings and Positions) you are ready to create workers within your Xemplo platform. Within this step, you will learn how to create and manage Worker Profiles within Xemplo.
Worker profiles within Xemplo allows you to house many types of information. From personal and work details to files and notes relating to specific individual.

Implementing Worker Profiles Checklist
1. Create your current workers within your Xemplo platform. When creating your workers, you will have the option send them an invitation to set their password and log in to the platform upon creation. If you wish to do this later and not upon creation, you will have the option to this from their profile action menu (...) and selecting 'Resend Invitation'. If this option is not available, that means they have already set their password and logged in.
Note: You also have the ability to bulk import workers if you have a larger workforce - Importing Workers
