Once your company settings are all set up, the next step is to configure your library items such as documents. Within this step, you will learn how to upload and manage documents within Xemplo.
Documents in Xemplo allows you to upload documents such as policies, procedures and any other documentation that you require workers to review during onboarding. Once uploaded you will have the ability to attach the documents to positions to ensure that all workers onboarded using those positions will need to review and/or sign those documents.

Implementing Documents Checklist
1. Upload all relevant documents required for onboarding all types of workers. From Policies and procedures to any additional documentation workers need to review, acknowledge or sign.
Note: remember there are 2 different options for document uploads, one for acknowledgement only and another if it needs to be signed by the worker.
