Once your company settings are all set up, the next step is to configure your library items such as Additional Questions. Within this step, you will learn how to create and manage Additional Questions within Xemplo.
Additional Questions in Xemplo allows you to create a library of business-specific questionnaires (called 'Question Groups') that can be added to positions and presented to all workers who onboard into that position.

Implementing Additional Questions Checklist
1. Create all relevant Additional Questions you wish to ask the worker during onboarding.
Note: Having Additional questions is optional and not having any will not prevent you from finalising your HR module configuration. However, it is a great feature to capture additional details from the worker during onboarding such as uniform sizes, preferences and additional details about the worker.
