The Onboarding Email Log allows you to review the emails sent from Xemplo, and details of the emails that have previously been issued during an onboard.
This may assist with basic email invite troubleshooting, with an ability to perform workarounds or similar where needed (generally to get around blocked, or ‘lost’ emails being reported by the worker).
Access the Onboarding Email Log by going to:
HR → Onboarding → locate the Onboard → Options Menu (…) → View Log
Alternatively, you can view the log from a worker's profile
Workers → locate the worker →Employment → Onboarding → Options Menu (…) → Email Log
From here you will notice the current set of email details that has been ‘worker facing’ with a log of the ‘action status’.
Click on the subject (as per below) to gain further information into the email content:
Resend Invitation Email
If a worker is not receiving their invitation email to log into Xemplo, find their profile in "Workers" and Resend the invitation email.
If you need to provide the worker with their unique account activation link, access the specific ‘onboarding invitation’, click the subject line to open the email content.
Right Click on 'Start Onboarding > Copy link address.
This can then be sent in a body of another email/message or similar to the worker to access and set up their password etc.
This option should only be used in an emergency as the worker needs to be able to receive emails to use Xemplo.
