In this guide, learn how to view, complete, and access the results of performance reviews, whether you're the individual being reviewed or the reviewer.
When to Complete a Performance Review
A team manager, HR, or system administrator initiates performance reviews for the team. Once a review is ready for input:

You’ll receive a notification on your Home page.

An email alert will also be sent to your registered email address.

Automatic email reminders are sent every 7 days until the review is completed.
Both the individual being reviewed and their reviewer (e.g. Team Manager or another nominated reviewer) will receive these notifications.
How to View and Complete an Outstanding Performance Review
Performance Reviews are completed by a Reviewer, with the individual being reviewed asked to complete a self-evaluation if requested by an HR Manager.
For the Individual Being Reviewed:

Open the review from your Home page or Performance Review area.

Complete each section by providing comments and/or ratings.

You may save progress and return later.

When done, click Submit.
Note: If the review allows transparency, your reviewer will see your responses and ratings as you add them, prior to submission. All ratings and comments are visible to all review participants on finalisation of a review.
For the Reviewer:

Open the review from your Home page or Team > Performance Reviews.

Review the individual's input (if provided).

Enter your own ratings and comments for each section.

You can save your progress or submit once complete.
Note: If transparency is enabled, the individual will be able to view your responses as you add them, prior to submission. All ratings and comments are visible to all review participants on finalisation of a review.
How to View a Previously Completed Performance Review
As the Individual Being Reviewed:

You can access a review in the web portal's Performance section.

You’ll be able to see:

Reviewer details, and sections included in the review.
- The overall result of the review.

For a completed review, you'll also be able to see all responses from all participants.
- You'll also be able to download a PDF of the performance review, if required.

As a Team Manager/Reviewer:

You can access a review in the web portal's HR > Performance section.

You’ll be able to see:

Subject details and sections included in the review.
- The overall result of the review.

For a completed review, you'll also be able to see all responses from all participants.
- You'll also be able to download a PDF of the performance review, if required.

Viewing Results After Completion
Once both parties have completed their sections, you'll see all participants' responses and the results will be auto-calculated by Xemplo. The finalised review can be found in the Performance section of Xemplo.
The results will include a result out of 4 for each section of the review for each participant, and an overall result, which will be included in Performance Reporting for your business. Results are an average of ratings provided by each participant.
