If your company is using Xemplo Training, courses will be assigned to you by your manager.
Depending on the type of course, you might be able to take this course on your phone. You will find out if the course is easy enough to be completed on a phone when you open it.
Log into the Xemplo Mobile App.
If you have any courses to do they will be available from your Action Items list.
Opening the course
Tap on the course action item to open it.
You will be prompted to login with your username and password.
When you complete this step, you might be taken to the page below, which is the Home page on the Xemplo website. If so, press Close and return to the app. Then open the course again from the Mobile App Actions Items list. Now, because you are logged in this time, you will be taken immediately to the course and can work through the content and activities on your phone.
If you see a message asking you to allow pop-ups, click Allow. This is a good thing because it means it is a special type of course which is designed to work on mobile phones!
Going through the course material
The course will be presented in the form of articles, and in some cases, they may contain videos for you to watch. Move through the course content using the navigation provided. This may be buttons or the Next button at the bottom of the screen, depending on the type of course it is. Some courses will also have questions or drag-and-drop style activities to complete.
If you find the course content is too small to navigate easily on your phone, close the app and complete the course on your computer at home.
Viewing completed course
Please log into Xemplo on your computer you would like to view the status of any courses you have completed. This is not currently available through the mobile app.
