If your company requires that you submit leave via the Xemplo Leave feature, you can submit your leave from the mobile app. Login to the app and click on the Leave menu.
Any leave requests you have submitted for a future date will be on the Active tab.
All leave requests that were approved and have past, or have been declined or cancelled, will be on the History tab.
When you submit a new leave request, the app will tell you if you have enough leave to cover this request or not. You can still submit requests even if you leave balance will not cover it, but it will be up to your company whether or not they approve it.
Important note! If you submit timesheets via Xemplo, you will not have access to the leave function this article explains. To submit your leave, simply choose a leave activity in your timesheets, like the example below.
