When you log into the app your Home Page will show you the most important actions you need to complete regarding your timesheets so that you get paid correctly. These critical actions will be highlighted in red.
Rejected and Overdue timesheets will be flagged as the most important tasks to do first.
If you have a timesheet which has been rejected, you will see a comment from the approver at the top of the timesheet when you open it. You should update your timesheet and then submit it again.
Timesheets that are due for submission will be automatically generated and appear in your Action Items list when they are ready to be completed. This will occur at least 1 day before the start of each pay period.
To complete a timesheet, select the option that matches your activity for the shift and use the clock widget to enter your time for a hourly-based timesheet. You can tap the numbers on the clock, or drag the clock hands to get to a precise time.
Please note: Your company might have set timesheet submission to round to the nearest 5 mins. When your time is entered into the form it will always round up to the next 5 mins so that you are not reported not working for a minute that you are working. For example, if you selected 9:06am on the clock widget, it will round up to 9:10am when it is entered in the form.
The other type of timesheet that you might be asked to complete is a daily timesheet. For these timesheets, your work options will be Full Day, 3/4 Day, Half Day and Quarter Day.
With both types of timesheets your entry will be saved for the day you are editing only. However, if you consistently work the same shifts every day, you can update the timesheet for all days at once by changing the option below to "Weekdays" or "All Days" - depending if you work weekends or not. This can be a great time-saver, especially when completing hourly timesheets with breaks.
If you would like to check the status of any timesheets you have submitted, navigate to the Timesheets menu in the app. You can filter by status: Submitted or Approved if you are looking for a specific timesheet:
While a timesheet is in the Submitted status, you can reopen it and make changes if you need to. However, once it is approved you will no longer be able to make changes.
After a timesheet is approved by your supervisor it will go to the agency to verify. Once it is verified it will be paid. You can access Verified timesheets at any time via the Timesheets menu.
