If your company uses Xemplo's Expenses feature in HR, you can submit an expense request via the mobile app by logging into the Xemplo app and go to the Expenses menu.
Any expenses you have submitted will be visible on the "Active" tab. These will either be submitted, pending manager approval, or rejected with comments for you to address. For example, if the expense was categorised wrong or if it was over budget. If an expense is approved it will be available on the Approved tab.
To submit an expense, complete all the required fields and attach any file or image from your phone and submit.
If your company has you submit timesheets using Xemplo, you will be able to submit your expenses in your timesheet.
Locate the timesheet period where you have an expense, and open your timesheet. At the bottom of the timesheet form, you will see the Expenses section.
Complete all the details for your expense, including selecting an image or file from your phone. When you see the green "Ready" text, your expense has all the details it needs to be submitted!
