User Guide: Super Administrator

The Super Administrator role serves as the central authority in your Xemplo instance, managing system-wide configuration, user access controls, integrations, payroll-related settings, and high-level reporting. It provides the ability to define permissions for all other users while maintaining limited, controlled visibility of worker information across all companies in a specified Xemplo instance.

This level of access is typically granted to senior operational or technical leaders such as the COO, Head of Operations, IT Administrator, or Systems Manager.

Getting started: Granting Super Administrator Access

Use the steps below to add a new Super Administrator to your Xemplo instance:

Note: This action can only be performed by an existing Super Administrator.

  1. Open your profile menu in the top-right corner and select Settings (Administrator).

  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Super Administrator and click New User.

  3. Fill in the required details for the new administrator, then select Save.
