As a manager, you can create expense requests on behalf of your team.
On the ‘Expense Requests’ page, click on ‘New expense request’ on the top right.
The Expense Claim form will popup. Please fill in all required fields.
- Worker: Select the worker for whom you are creating the expense request.
- Description: Information about the expense request, or can be a name of a group of expenses
- Items to claim: Add expenses and details:
- Expense Date
- Expense Category
- Location
- Amount
- Additional Notes: Any remarks or comments for you or the employee.
- Attachments: Upload receipts and supporting documents according to your company policy as required for expenses
Once you have completed and finalised the details, click ‘Submit Request’.
