Please note that only an Administrator in the system can connect to the job boards initially. After set up, only Administrators and Recruiters can post job ads to the job boards.
Don’t forget to use the ‘Link Out’ option when connecting your job boards to Hire. For the best recruitment experience, we recommend using the job link out for the job board(s) you are using, this means:
- The applicant will be required to submit a resume when applying, Job boards do not always require this
- The experience for an applicant to apply looks great and is easy to use on any device
To use link out on a job board, you will be given a choice when connecting to each of your job boards to use the feature:
Indeed
Use your exact customer name as shown in Indeed to connect to your Indeed job board:
Before you post a job to Indeed, you will need to make sure you have set up your Indeed account to accept postings from Hire.
After you log into Indeed as a hirer, go to the campaigns section and set up your campaign:
Make sure you have set a date range, a budget and that you have a payment method on file with your Indeed account.
You can always edit your campaign after creating it and will see the budget show up on the campaign dashboard next to the campaign created:
You decide how much you spend - but to set up a campaign you must put $50 on it. If you didn’t add these things when you first created the campaign, you can edit it at any time by clicking the pencil icon which brings up a pop-up modal and then going to View all campaign settings:
So that Hire knows what campaign to post the job to, we need to set up a query or tag inside the Job Selection section of the campaign settings:
From the View all campaign settings page click edit and go to the query tab. Enter in your unique tag (this can be any combination of letters and numbers) and save:
You will use this query/tag again later whenever you post a job ad to Indeed, so keep it saved somewhere safe – this tag must always be exact [screen when posting job ad from Hire shown here]:
Now make sure your campaign is set to Active and send an email your Indeed Account manager so that the Indeed will accept the job ads from Hire. Here is a template for the email to send:

Please turn on API posting for our company {company name} so that we can post jobs to Indeed via our chosen third party aggregator, Idibu.

Jora
When you connect to Jora we will automatically send Jora your company name for the job ad so there is nothing else you need to do!
Jora takes approximately 10 hours to post an ad and is free.
Seek
Go to this SEEK site and enter in idibu as the provider: https://talent.seek.com.au/partners/link-your-software/
Fill out your company specific details:
And choose the option best for your company:
Once you make a selection, there are just a couple more selections to make, then you can submit!
Once you have connected to SEEK via the online form above, log into Xemplo Hire and use the last 9 characters of your Hirer ID with SEEK to connect:
- SEEK will post your job immediately and is $400 to $1200 depending on the type of job and ad.
Jobstreet

Workforce Australia
WFA is free and about 2 hours if you use the “Apply through Xemplo” process. If you use “Apply through WFA”, it’s 24-48 hours.
To use the “Apply through Xemplo” process, start by creating your job in Hire (see Creating and posting a job)
Once you have created the job you can copy the link to the job and add it into any WFA Job you have already created:
