On the ‘Leave Requests’ page, click on ‘New Leave Request’ on the top right.
A new Request leave form will popup. Please fill in all necessary fields.
- Leave type: Please select the corresponding type of leave you are applying for. Do note some of the listed leave categories may not be relevant to you.
- Dates: When the leave period starts & ends (inclusive).
- Leave updates: This will auto-populate based on the dates entered. However, you should review and amend according to actual leave hours you will be taking by clicking Show details.
- Attachment: Use this field to upload any necessary documents or supporting materials relevant to your leave request.
- Additional notes: Any remarks or comments for you or your line manager.
Once you have completed and finalised the details, click ‘Save’ and it will be sent to your line manager for review and approval.
