- Analytics: A self-service reporting tool that connects to all your Xemplo data, giving you the freedom to build custom dashboards and visualisations tailored to your business. Ideal for teams who need more than a standard view.
Whether you need a quick snapshot or a fully customised view, there's a reporting option to suit your needs.
Standard Reports
Standard Reports are pre-formatted, in-app reports designed to give you fast access to the most commonly needed workforce and payroll data. No setup required — simply select a report, apply any available filters, and export or view your results.
Reports are organised by product group.
Onboard

Compliance Activity
Stay ahead of workforce compliance with a single dashboard that brings together all compliance activity across Xemplo. Each tab provides a real-time snapshot of items that are expired, expiring soon, or ready for review - with flexible filtering by date range, status, worker, activity type, and more. From any tab, you can generate a report of the filtered results.

- Create visualisations including charts, graphs, and tables to surface trends and insights
- Filter and segment your data by any dimension available in Xemplo — such as location, business unit, employment type, or date range
- Save and share dashboards with colleagues across your organisation
- Schedule exports to keep stakeholders informed without manual effort
