How Xemplo Connect Works
Xemplo Connect allows you to create integration workflows by combining triggers and actions across applications:
Triggers are events that start a workflow (e.g., when a new employee is added in Xemplo).
Actions are tasks that follow (e.g., sending a welcome email, updating a payroll system, or creating a record in an external app).
You can either use pre-built workflows or design your own to fit your organisation’s unique processes.

Designing Integration Workflows
Building a custom integration in Xemplo Connect typically involves four steps:
Choose a Trigger
Select the event in Xemplo or another application that will start your workflow.Add One or More Actions
Define what should happen next in one or more connected apps—for example, sending data, creating a task, or posting a notification.Map Your Fields
Use the drag-and-drop field mapper to match data between systems (e.g., connect a field in Xemplo to a corresponding field in your payroll or CRM app).Test and Launch
Run a test to check the flow of data and confirm everything works as expected. Then, activate the workflow and monitor its activity within the Xemplo Connect dashboard.
