Company and HR Administrators have the ability to access employee leave balances directly from individual worker profiles. Additionally, administrators can generate leave reports in a range of supported formats (PDF, Excel, CSV).
Worker Leave Balance
To track or view the leave balance of an existing worker, you can follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Click Workers > look up the worker's name > open the profile
Step 2: On the worker's profile, you should see the Leave Balances section.
Generate Leave Report
The option to download a Leave Report is now also available.
Step 1: Click HR > Leave > you can use the filter options > Download Leave Report
